Seconds: Cocoa Mint

Refreshing peppermint blended with moisturizing cocoa butter, a natural component of the cacao bean from which we get chocolate! Made with a nourishing goat's milk soap base. Suitable for all skin types, except for acne prone skin.

Here, seconds quality means the soap has not gone bad, but it is unaesthetic. It remains functional and safe for use. 

Above 21°C, parts of cocoa butter melt and resolidify on the surface of the soap. This results in a thin white layer on the surface of the soap, which goes away once the soap is used. The green layer has also slightly faded.

All our soaps are naturally coloured with clays and/or botanical ingredients and naturally scented with essential oils. They are also plastic-free and fully biodegradable - both skin and earth-friendly!

The soap bases we use are:

• Made with organic Mediterranean olive oil & organic coconut oil
• SLS & SLES-free
• Palm-free
• Not tested on animals

Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Sorbitol, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil*, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil*, Stearic Acid, Hydrolyzed Goat Milk, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter*, Titanium Dioxide, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Vanilla Planifolia Oil, Sodium Chloride, Pandanus Amarafolius (Pandan) Extract, Theobroma Cacao Extract (Cocoa Powder)*, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Citric Acid. *Organic

Directions: Briefly rub soap with wet hands, then work up a lather by rubbing hands together. Apply on face or body, avoiding the eye area, and rinse well. Keep the bar dry between uses. Patch test sensitive skin with a small amount on inner arm.

Essential oil safety: All Sowyn soaps contain a safe amount of essential oils. However, as essential oils are natural but potent botanical ingredients, please avoid washing the eye area with this soap and do not use on children below three years of age. Rinse with plenty of water if product gets into the eyes. 

As these are handcrafted soaps, please allow a weight variation of +/- 3 g and slight variations in design and colour. The soap bars pictured are only representatives of many others.
